Meeting minutes as remembered by the secretary 5 days later, because she had a splitting headache and forgot she needed to be a secretary at this meeting.

The meeting was held outside in the amphitheater behind CAS because it was a beautiful day. Trever and Adam were playing with the robot. Making it follow walls, pestering passers-by, that sort of thing.

Career fair(e) is the 22nd. NSA will be there, and they're recruiting. They contacted Trever directly (ooo scary!). Bring a resume and dress nicely.

There will be a Child's Play planning meeting next Tues at 4:30. Be there. These people will:

We're still collecting forms for Child's Play consoles and other equipment.

We're also still working on getting gift cards and other donations from local places. The exchange is probably an option, but gamestop is probably not because they're very corporate.

We spent lots of time throwing out movies for nerdy movie night (see the forum topic)

We're looking for people to chair specific parts of the Child's Play fundraiser. For example, the LAN party, the console gaming, food, marketing, etc. If you're interested in helping, talk to Kat.

Kat passed out forms for what you can bring to Child's Play. We need consoles, games, controllers, monitors, cables, etc. Talk to Kat for a form, or just write it all down on a sheet of paper with your name and contact info.

Polo shirts: $15-$20. Trever guarantees it. We'll have them within a month or so! Yay! Dues may go towards them if they go over $20. If you requested a shirt or want to request a shirt, talk to Trever.

We are doing Child's Play, for sure. The official date is November 22. We had a meeting with source people. We need people to volunteer to help with registration and tear down, and we need consoles and games and TVs and monitors and other stuffs. The equipment will be monitored. We want to get 200 people at this event, so tell your friends!
